    Family with kids will love this place

    The room was very spacious and had these awesome features, like tons of outlets everywhere, made charging devices easy. Kids went nuts over the rainfall shower, lights changing colors while I just wanted some peace and quiet.

    The location of the hotel was great - relatively near a public research university. And the area was fantastic, very close to entire Montreal, restaurants and all Montreal activities.

    Some of the staff were unattentive.

    The hotel has a luxurious feel overall, with super friendly

    And accommodating staff. They even managed to get us a spot in a busy bar both nights! The bathroom features were a highlight, though the lighting in some hallways could be better to match the room's elegance.

    The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to downtown. I also enjoyed the hyaluronic rezenerate facial at the spa-it left my skin feeling amazing!
